The Club is growing and we are trying out new things to make things run more efficient for YOU the Exhibitor and for the OFFICE, and still

In order to EXPEDIATE Entries, Draws, Results and PAYOUTS..SFRHA would like to have Pre Entries and Pre Payments, the deadline for the Jan 2022 show will be

BACK NUMBERS will ONLY be issued once all information for Owner, Exhibitor, and Payouts and a form of payment is on file.

There will be a 3% Credit Card Processing Fee charged for using Credit Card of Debit Card (We are just passing on the fee)

If you decide to wait to make your FIRST Entry at the Show… you will CHARGED a Late Fee of $50.00

YOU MUST BRING A COPY OF ALL OF YOUR PAPERWORK (EXHIBITOR AND OWNER)

Entries and Scratches ONCE THE SHOW HAS STARTED WILL BE DONE THROUGH ** QR CODE** SIGNS WILL BE POSTED AROUND ARENA AND BARNS

ENTRIES ARE DUE BY FRIDAY AT 5 PM FOR SATURDAY CLASSES, ENTRIES ARE DUE BY SATURDAY AT 5 PM FOR SUNDAY CLASSES

AFTER THESE TIMES THERE IS A LATE FEE OF $25.00 PER ENTRY TO ADD.

Late Entries will be accepted – Saturday go FIRST, Sunday go LAST…SCRATCHES ONCE THE DRAW IS POSTED YOUR ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT

Stalls: $150 for the Weekend ~ Haul In Per Day : $50 ~ Shavings: $9.00 Per Bag ~ RV Hook Ups: $50.00 Per Night

Office Fee: $30 per horse ~ NRHA Drug Fee: $7 per horse for the weekend ~ Video: $10 per run
